• Working with you to identify and bring qualified buyers to participate in "private-channel" auctions
• Working with you to provide a reduction in costs for identified clients through our on-line "private-channel" reverse auctions or
• Working with you to design a program for a particular vertical market of group of clients
• Our "partner" agreements are structured on a revenue-sharing arrangement based on the specific opportunity and level of participation and support contributed by each party.
